We met Rustam in 2016 at his office in 490 Bramalea Road,after getting to know him while doing a little research in the internet. Rustam explained in detail of the different ways to enter into the real estate market.But we had to drop of our plans due to financial limitations and as we were very new to the country.But Rustam constantly checked on with us to enquire of our status. Finally this October 2019 when the place we were staying for rent was out on sale by its owner,We called Rustam and he informed that it was the right time that we have to buy a property.We had a lot of choices, demands etc..and the list goes on but Rustam was very very patient in hearing all this and he worked with us according to our timings be it day or night.After some houses were shown he got to know of our taste and assured that we can buy a property within our limitations.We planned to move to several places like London, Brantford where we saw that houses were far less than in Brampton but at the same time we were reluctant also to move as we had our Church,relatives and job in Brampton Finally Rustam came up with the idea of buying a Condo apartment which meet our needs for a small family of 3.He was able to pick and show us a two bedroom apartment that was just listed.After days of search we realized that this was the most appropriate one for us with respect to our budget and with all the necessary basic daily things needed at walkable distance.We finalized it. Rustam is an incredible realtor and a very genuine person. Late last summer, I was worried about selling my home as the housing market slowed down early in 2018. I was looking for a sincere and hard working realtor and lo and behold, I found him randomly on Google while searching for potential realtors. What a LUCK! I only give a review when i have been provided with excellent service. I met Rustam for over 5 years ago when he sold my home in Wanless and Mayfield area. When we listed the home the market was ok but Rustam got over the asking price by 24k that was due to his knowledge and negotiationing skills. Now Dec 2020 we decided to makes changes so we called our buddy Rustam and asked for his advice regarding buying and selling market. We saw several homes in the Niagara Region but when we saw one home we knew we wanted it. The house is brand new and according to Rustam it was over priced. With his negotiating skills he bought the price down by 143k a huge saving for us.
